• The Nomination and Remuneration Committee approved the exercise of Restricted Stock Units (RSU) and allotment of equity shares under the Quess Stock Ownership Plan 2020 (QSOP 2020) on September 03, 2026
• Allotment of 26,069 equity shares of ₹ 10 each to RSU holders who exercised their options under QSOP 2020
• The allotted equity shares shall rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares of the Company in all respects
