Quest Capital Markets Switches RTA to MUFG Intime

Quest Capital Markets Ltd intimated a change in its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA) due to a merger.
The new RTA is MUFG Intime India Private Limited, replacing C B Management Services Private Limited.
The disclosure was made pursuant to SEBI LODR Regulations 7(4) and 30 on May 18, 2026.
Shareholders are instructed to direct all future security-related correspondence to the new RTA's details.
