Quick Heal Technologies allotted 2,261 equity shares under its ESOP Scheme 2021 on April 27, 2026.
The shares were issued at four different exercise prices ranging from ₹10 to ₹142.16 per share.
This allotment increases the company's total paid-up share capital to ₹54.24 crore.
The newly allotted shares are identical to existing shares and rank pari-passu.
