Quintegra Solutions Reappoints Three Directors via AGM

Quintegra Solutions Limited has informed the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. and Bombay Stock Exchange Ltd. about the reappointment of three directors approved by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting held on September 9, 2026.

The following reappointments were approved:

• Mr. Meleveettil Padmanabhan (DIN: 00101997) was reappointed as a Director retiring by rotation.

• Mr. V Sriraman (DIN: 00207480) was reappointed as a Wholetime Director for a period of 3 years with effect from May 18, 2026.

• Mr. KSM Rao (DIN: 02096588) was reappointed as an Independent Director for a second term of five years with effect from the close of the AGM on September 9, 2026.
