The Board will meet inter alia to:
- Consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026.
- Address any other business with the permission of the Chair.
Furthermore, in compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's "Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders," the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company has been closed since Thursday, October 01, 2026. The trading window shall reopen after 72 hours of the declaration of the Un-Audited Financial Results.
