The 53rd Annual General Meeting of R K Swamy Limited will be held on Monday, August 17, 2026 at 2.30 p.m. (IST) through Video Conferencing / Other Audio Visual Means. The meeting is being conducted in compliance with MCA General Circular No. 03/2025 dated September 22, 2025 and SEBI circulars.
