Raaj Medisafe India Limited has received a Letter of Award from Madhya Pradesh Public Health Services Corporation Limited, a domestic entity. The order is for the supply of 29,88,220 Baby Diapers (Small), with each packet containing 10 diapers. The diapers are to be supplied to various Government hospitals in Madhya Pradesh.
The total value of the order is approximately Rs. 17.02 Crores, inclusive of GST. The time period associated with the order requires completion of supply within 18 months from the date of contract. The significant terms and conditions involve the supply of baby diapers to various Government Hospitals.
The company disclosed that the promoter/promoter group/group companies have no interest in the entity that awarded the order. The transaction does not fall within related party transactions.
