The visit is scheduled for Monday, November 30, 2026. This initiative is in response to shareholder requests and aims to provide better understanding of the company's operations and manufacturing processes.
Shareholders must register by Sunday, November 15, 2026, using the provided registration link: https://forms.cloud.microsoft/r/3x3A9Nqrzt?origin=lprLink. Participation is limited and selection will be based on registrations received within the timeline. Only one shareholder per folio is eligible, and no accompanying guests, relatives, or acquaintances are permitted.
Terms and Conditions
Safety Compliance: All participants must follow safety instructions, wear mandatory safety shoes, refrain from photography/videography, avoid touching machinery, and remain within designated tour areas.
Eligibility: Only registered shareholders are eligible; infants and children are not allowed.
Expenses: The company will not reimburse any expenses but will provide transportation from the Corporate Office in Noida to the plant and back.
Liability: The company is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.
The company reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel the plant visit due to unforeseen circumstances.
