The primary agenda of the board meeting is to consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results (both Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2026.
The company also intimated that the trading window for designated persons, which was closed from 01st October, 2026 for the declaration of financial results, will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results. This trading window closure is in accordance with the Company's Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Designated Persons.
