Raghuvir Synthetics calls EGM on 25 April 2026 to appoint two independent directors, Aayush Kamleshbhai Shah and Ankita Vivekkumar Shah, for five-year terms.
The EGM will be held at the company's registered office in Ahmedabad, with remote e-voting available from 22-24 April 2026.
Both directors were appointed as additional directors on 6 February 2026 and will serve five-year terms ending in 2031.
