Horizon Restobar Launch – Mumbai, 15 June 2026
Raheja Universal (Pvt) Ltd announced the launch of Horizon, a private rooftop restobar occupying 20,500 sq ft on the 60th floor of its luxury residential tower Raheja Imperia‑I in Worli, Mumbai. The venue sits approximately 600 ft above the Arabian Sea, providing an exclusive social destination for the building’s residents.
The development allocates the premium space as part of a broader lifestyle concept named Vista, which also includes the Aeon infinity sky pool, the Luna open‑air sky theatre, and the Atmosphere open‑air sky deck. Horizon is operated by Aufside Hospitality LLP, a Mumbai‑based hospitality platform founded in 2022 that currently runs nine outlets across Maharashtra. Aufside’s Founder and CEO, Pranav Trehan, described Horizon as a “category of its own” that redefines luxury residential amenities in India.
Raheja Imperia‑I itself comprises 402 apartments spread over 5 acres, yielding an average density of 80 residences per acre. The tower features one of the world’s tallest residential sky‑bridges linking its twin structures. Raheja Universal highlights that the Horizon initiative reflects a shift from viewing residential space solely through a revenue lens to emphasizing resident experience and long‑term value.
The press release also references the developer’s wider portfolio: the Raheja District, a 60‑plus acre integrated mixed‑use township in Vashi NX, Navi Mumbai, and Raheja Exotica, a 30‑plus acre development on Versova Island. Across its four‑decade history, Raheja Universal has delivered over 10 million sq ft across more than 50 projects, providing homes for over 10,000 families in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
Key Personnel: The announcement is led by Mr. Ashish Raheja, Managing Director & CEO of Raheja Universal, who emphasizes that luxury living will be measured by the quality of experiences enabled by the built environment.
Operational Partner: Aufside Hospitality LLP, described as an experience‑led hospitality operator, will manage Horizon, underscoring a collaborative model rather than a simple vendor relationship.
Strategic Significance: Horizon is positioned as a template for future residential hospitality experiences, signalling Raheja Universal’s intent to embed high‑end amenity spaces within its luxury residential projects.
