RailTel Corporation of India Limited has issued an addendum to its notice for the 26th Annual General Meeting (AGM), originally dated 27th July 2026. The AGM is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 20th August 2026 at 12:30 Hrs (IST) through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM).

  • His appointment is effective from 10th August 2026, as per the same Ministry of Railways letter. His tenure is set to continue till he holds the post of Principal Executive Director (Signal Modernization), Railway Board, or until further orders from the Ministry of Railways, whichever is earlier.
  • The terms and conditions of his appointment are to be determined by the President of India acting through the Ministry of Railways.

  • Committee Memberships: Proposed to be a member of the Audit Committee and the Nomination & Remuneration Committee of RailTel.

Other Details

  • The addendum was circulated electronically to members whose email addresses were registered with the depositories as of 24th July 2026.
  • It has been published in newspapers in Hindi and English in compliance with Regulation 47 of the SEBI LODR.
  • Save for the modifications concerning Agenda Items 5 and 7, all other contents of the original AGM notice, including the date, time, and the remaining resolutions, remain unchanged.
  • The Board recommends the ordinary resolution for the appointment of Shri Rajesh Gupta.
