The company received an order from Paschim Gujarat Vij Company Limited (PGVCL) for the work of SCADA Readiness and Rectification of Ring Main Units (RMUs) with Complete Cover Warranty Maintenance Contract (CMC) under the jurisdictions of Bhavnagar Circle, Jamnagar Circle and Rajkot Circle of PGVCL. This is classified as a Maintenance Contract with a value of ₹21.57 crores and an execution time period of 12 months.
The company also received an order from Rajasthan Rajya Vidyut Prasaran Nigam Limited (RVPNL) for the Work of Modification of existing 220kV D/C Jodhpur-CHB line into 220kV Underground cable system including Monopole at RVPNL, Jodhpur. This is classified as a Turnkey Contract with a value of ₹12.80 crores and an execution time period of 9 months.
Both orders were awarded by domestic entities and are domestic in nature. The company confirmed that neither the promoter/promoter group/group companies have any interest in the entities that awarded the orders, and these orders do not qualify as related party transactions.
