His educational qualifications include Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) from Loyola College, Chennai and Master's Degree in International Studies from SGH Warsaw School of Economics, Poland.

He serves as Founder and Co-Partner of Evaarah Life LLP (responsible for strategic planning, business development, commercial partnerships, and financial planning) and Proprietor of Arusham Developments (managing finance and operations including project finance, budgeting, treasury, taxation, GST compliance, vendor negotiations, and risk management).

His expertise includes financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, treasury management, taxation, project finance, regulatory compliance, risk management and stakeholder engagement. He is not debarred from holding the office of director by virtue of any SEBI order or other authority.
