Overview

Rajni Dutta Art & Design, established in 2023 and headquartered at C.R. Park, South Delhi, provides fully managed art‑centric experiences for corporate groups, children’s parties and adult celebrations across the Delhi NCR region. Sessions accommodate groups ranging from ten to eight hundred participants and are delivered at client venues—including offices, hotels, banquet halls, restaurants, homes—or at the studio itself.

Service Formats

The studio operates three distinct formats: (1) corporate art workshops, (2) children’s art parties, and (3) adult art parties. All formats are staffed exclusively by the studio’s own full‑time artists, who also handle commissioned and custom artwork for private and commercial clients. No external event staff or freelancers are employed for any session.

Workshop Details

Corporate workshops run for 75 to 120 minutes and are designed for participants with no prior painting experience. Clients can select from collaborative canvas painting (individual panels combine into a single artwork), simplified Indian folk‑art sessions, or a shorter mindfulness‑led sitting intended as a wellness break. Workshops can be themed around a company’s logo, product motif, colour palette or stated values. For larger groups, the studio arranges parallel stations, sequential batches, or a hybrid of both, based on venue space and time constraints. Facilitator numbers are fixed against confirmed headcount, and each station follows an identical session plan.

Art Forms & Keepsake Options

The studio offers twelve core traditional and contemporary art forms: Mandala, Acrylic, Watercolour, Kalamkari, Gond, Warli, Madhubani, Pattachitra, Pichwai, Mural Art, Lippan and Sketching. Additional formats such as mosaic, clay mural, tissue‑paper art and glass painting are available within workshop and party packages. Keepsake formats extend the guided painting to functional items—including tote bags, sling bags, laptop sleeves, terracotta plates, bottles, concrete trinket trays, coasters, candle decoupage, photo frames, pen stands, mugs, wine glasses, straw hats, caps and footballs. These items can be branded for corporate bookings, turning the session into both a team‑building activity and a take‑home gift. New keepsake items are added regularly, and bespoke requests are accommodated where the theme permits.

Staffing Model

All sessions are led by the studio’s full‑time artists, who are the same professionals responsible for the studio’s commissioned artwork throughout the week. Artists are matched to the specific art form they teach, ensuring expertise and consistency. Materials, aprons and table protection are pre‑kitted for each participant, venues are set up before guest arrival, and the team remains on‑site until the final piece is completed. No aspect of the service is outsourced or cut short to reduce cost or turnaround time.

Clientele & Recognition

Corporate clients that have booked workshops include Shoppers Stop, Adobe, Qualcomm and HomeStop, representing technology, education and retail sectors. The studio maintains a 5.0 rating based on 331 Google reviews and has taught more than 12,000 learners through its classes.
