Rajoo Engineers appointed Mr. Kevin J. Dhruve as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer effective May 12, 2026.
The appointment was approved by the Board based on the Nomination & Remuneration Committee's recommendation.
Mr. Dhruve is a qualified Company Secretary with over 6 years of experience in corporate secretarial and compliance functions.
He is also authorized to make material event disclosures to stock exchanges on behalf of the company.
