• AGM Date: 15.07.2026 through virtual mode at 4:00 PM
• Book Closure Period: 09.07.2026 to 15.07.2026 (both days inclusive) for equity shares
• Cut-off Date: 08.07.2026 for determining members eligible to attend the AGM

The purpose of the book closure is specifically for the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
