Rallis India appointed David Francis Crean as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director for a five-year term effective April 27, 2026.
The appointment was approved by the Board based on the Nomination Committee's recommendation and is subject to shareholder approval.
Mr. Crean brings over 40 years of international experience in the food industry, including 35 years in senior R&D roles at Mars, Incorporated.
He is not related to any existing directors and is not debarred from holding a directorship by SEBI or any other authority.
