Rama Phosphates Appoints New Statutory Auditors

• Board appoints M/s. Dayal & Lohia as new statutory auditors for a 5-year term, replacing M/s. Khandelwal & Mehta LLP.
• Re-appoints Mr. Arun Agrawal as Cost Auditor for all four company units for FY 2026-27.
• Re-appoints four separate internal audit firms for each operational unit (Pune, Indore, Udaipur, Nimbahera) for FY 2026-27.
