Ramco Systems' committee approved the allotment of 24,587 equity shares following the exercise of employee stock options.
The company's paid-up equity share capital increased from ₹37.56 crore to ₹37.58 crore as a result of the allotment.
The company will shortly apply for listing and trading permissions for the newly allotted shares.
