Sandesh Bilagi is a veteran with more than two decades of experience across enterprise technology. He founded Ramco's Australia & New Zealand business, which has become one of the company's strongest markets. Bilagi has lived and worked across India, China, and Australia, with extensive exposure to business operations across the Asia Pacific region.
Prior to Ramco, Bilagi held leadership positions at HCL Technologies and Tech Mahindra. He has a strong foundation in finance and accounting and has closed deals worth over USD 550 million with leading Australian corporations.
Educational Qualifications
Sandesh Bilagi is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a CPA from CPA Australia. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Karnatak University, Dharwad.
Strategic Priorities
In his new role, Bilagi will focus on two main priorities:
1. Global growth - deepening presence in established markets and building world-class go-to-market motion, expanding across HR & Global Payroll, Aviation, ERP, Logistics and Chia product lines
2. Transforming Ramco into an AI-native company - rebuilding how products are designed, delivered, and operated around AI rather than bolting AI onto existing products
