Ramco Systems Limited, through its wholly owned subsidiary Ramco Systems FZ-LLC, has entered into a partnership with Altron, a South African technology group operating in the United Arab Emirates and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia through Altron Middle East Technologies LLC and Altron Alarabia Company Limited.
Partnership Structure and Responsibilities
Under the agreement, Altron will offer Ramco Payce payroll software to its enterprise customers in both countries. The partnership establishes the following division of responsibilities:
- Altron will manage implementation, front-line support, and commercial terms
- Ramco provides the software, secure cloud hosting, and advanced technical support
- Partnership offers data residency options in Saudi Arabia to meet local compliance requirements
