Ramky Infrastructure Sells VPCL Stake for ₹165.24 Cr

Ramky Infrastructure Ltd signed an SPA on 30.03.2026 to sell its 51% stake in Visakha Pharmacity Limited (VPCL).
The consideration of INR 165.24 Crores has been received; share transfer to be completed within 10 days of SPA execution.
Buyer is Brij Gopal Construction Company Private Limited (BGCCPL), not a promoter group entity or related party.
VPCL reported consolidated turnover of INR 4,093.29 mn and PAT of INR 296.56 mn for FY 2024-25.
