Ramky Infrastructure Limited has executed a Contract Agreement with Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL) for construction works in the existing NMDC Township in Bacheli, Chhattisgarh.
The project scope includes Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) of:
- 15 Type-III Residential Towers (S+10) comprising 600 units
- 01 Type-IV Residential Tower (S+10) comprising 40 units
- 01 Type-V Residential Tower (S+10) comprising 30 units
- 01 HOP Bungalow Type-VII (G+1)
- 01 Shopping Complex & cafeteria (G+1)
- Associated External Development & Infrastructure Works
The total contract value is ₹588.57 Crores (inclusive of GST).
The construction period is defined as within 30 months from the Appointed Date, followed by a defect liability period of 12 months from the date of completion of work.
The contract is domestic in nature and awarded by a domestic entity. The company has confirmed that no promoters/promoter group/group companies have any interest in Rail Vikas Nigam Limited. Additionally, the contract does not fall within related party transactions and is executed at arm's length.
