Rana Sugars Seeks Shareholder Approval for CFO Director Appointment

Rana Sugars Limited issues postal ballot notice seeking shareholder approval for appointment of Mr. Gaurav Garg as Director and Whole-time Director with CFO designation.
Mr. Garg was appointed as Additional Director effective 26th February 2026 and will serve as Whole-time Director for 5 years until 25th February 2031.
The company appointed CDSL for e-voting services and A. Arora & Co. as scrutinizer for the postal ballot process ending 24th May 2026.
No additional remuneration will be paid for Whole-time Director role; Mr. Garg will continue drawing existing CFO salary of ₹69-90 lakhs annually for first 3 years.
