- Cash Flow Statement for the financial year ended March 31, 2026
- Notes to accounts for the financial year ended March 31, 2026
- Auditor's Report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026
- Any other business with the permission of chair
The trading window for trading in the securities of the Company has been closed from April 1, 2026 for all insiders/designated persons. The trading window will open 48 hours after declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026, subject to any clarification from Stock Exchange(s) or SEBI.
