Board Meeting Announcement
A meeting of the Board of Directors of Rander Corporation Limited will be held on Friday, August 14, 2026. The agenda includes:
- Consideration and approval of the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2026
- Consideration and approval of the Auditor's Report on the unaudited financial results
- Any other business with the permission of the chair
Trading Window Closure
In accordance with the Company's code of conduct and code of practices and procedures for fair disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information (adopted pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015), the trading window for trading in the securities of the Company:
- Was closed from July 01, 2026 for all insiders/designated persons
- Will open 48 hours after declaration of Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026
- The reopening is subject to any clarification from Stock Exchange(s) or SEBI
