This intimation is made in compliance with Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (SEBI LODR).
In accordance with Rane's Insider code, the Trading Window will remain closed for the following persons from June 30, 2026 to August 15, 2026 (both days inclusive):
