The Board of Directors at their 3rd Board Meeting held on Thursday, 16th July, 2026 approved the appointment of M/s. B. Bansal & Company, Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No. 000450C) as Statutory Auditors of the Company.
The appointment was necessitated due to a casual vacancy caused by the resignation of the previous Statutory Auditor.
The term of appointment is from the conclusion of the Board Meeting on 16th July 2026 until the conclusion of the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
The appointment is subject to approval of shareholders.
