Partnership Overview
On Friday, 11 September 2026, Rapyder Cloud Solutions, an AWS Premier Tier Services Partner and one of India’s leading AWS partners, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Innovation Hub UP. The MoU exchange took place during the UP Startup Samvad 3.0 event in Lucknow and was witnessed by the Hon’ble Governor of Uttar Pradesh, Smt. Anandiben Patel.
Objectives and Services
Under the agreement, Rapyder will act as the Technical Partner for Innovation Hub UP, delivering three core services to early‑stage ventures across Uttar Pradesh:
1. Cloud enablement and AWS program access – facilitating startup access to AWS cloud infrastructure and credit programmes without large upfront costs.
2. Technical support for Generative AI and Agentic AI proofs of concept – assisting founders in moving from experimental prototypes to production‑ready AI applications.
3. Go‑to‑market assistance – helping innovators transition from prototype stage to market‑ready ventures.
Rapyder’s Track Record
Rapyder highlights that it has completed more than 500 cloud transformations and delivered over 132 Generative AI proofs of concept and production‑ready GenAI solutions across multiple industries, underscoring its capability to support the state’s innovation ecosystem.
Innovation Hub UP Context
Innovation Hub UP is an initiative facilitated by Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU) and supported by the Government of Uttar Pradesh. Operating through a hub‑and‑spoke model, the Hub provides infrastructure, incubation support, and ecosystem linkages for innovation centres, students, startups and incubatees throughout the state, with a mandate to foster technology development, commercialization, entrepreneurship and sustainable, innovation‑led enterprises.

Significance
The MoU formalizes a strategic alliance aimed at strengthening Uttar Pradesh’s technology‑led startup and innovation ecosystem by leveraging Rapyder’s cloud migration, managed services, data and AI expertise, and the state‑level support infrastructure of Innovation Hub UP.
