Rare Earths Americas Inc completed its NYSE debut, closing at $19 per share after an opening surge to $25 faded.
The IPO raised approximately $63.3 million by selling 3,333,331 shares at $19, with a 30‑day option for 499,999 additional shares.
Proceeds will fund land acquisition, drilling, testing and permitting at Shiloh and further development of Alpha, Constellation, Homer and Liberty Peak assets.
Underwriters Cantor, Stifel led the deal with Canaccord Genuity and B. Riley as co‑managers, reflecting heightened interest in rare‑earth supply chains.
