The closure period began on July 1, 2026 and will continue until 48 hours after the declaration of the aforementioned Un-Audited Financial Results. This trading window closure is implemented in compliance with the Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Designated Persons read with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
