Rashi Peripherals Completes Business Transfer Agreement

Rashi Peripherals Limited (the Company) has formally completed the transaction under the Business Transfer Agreement (BTA) dated August 31, 2026. The agreement was entered into between Rashi Peripherals Limited (as Seller) and Rashi Semiconductor Solutions Private Limited (as Purchaser).

All conditions precedent and other requirements contemplated under the BTA have been duly fulfilled. The transaction has been completed in accordance with the terms and conditions agreed between the parties under the BTA.

The completion was formally communicated to both the Listing Operation Department of BSE Limited and the Listing Compliance Department of the National Stock Exchange of India Limited. The communication was signed by Arvind Bajoria, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of Rashi Peripherals Limited.
