RateGain Allots 41,309 Shares Under ESOP/SAR

RateGain Travel Technologies allotted 41,309 equity shares to eligible employees on March 26, 2026 under SAR 2022 and ESOP 2015 schemes.
Paid-up equity share capital increased from ₹11,81,24,117 to ₹11,81,65,426 following the allotment of shares at face value of Re. 1 each.
30,509 shares were issued under SAR 2022 at Re. 1/- each, and 10,800 shares under ESOP 2015 at ₹145.33/- per share.
