Resignation: Mr. Sahil Sharma resigned from the position of Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and Senior Management Personnel (SMP) of the Company, effective close of business hours of August 24, 2026. He will continue to associate with the Company until October 8, 2026 for a smooth transition.
Appointment: Ms. Shobana Vinodh Kailash was appointed as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and Senior Management Personnel (SMP) of the Company effective August 25, 2026.
Approval Process
The Board of Directors approved these changes via circular resolution passed on August 24, 2026, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.

Ms. Shobana Kailash is an accomplished HR leader with over 25 years of experience in building and transforming people functions across global organizations. Her experience spans:
- Work across diverse sectors including technology, SaaS, financial services and life sciences
- Leadership positions at organizations including Hubilo, Freshworks, Amazon, Fidelity Investments and IQVIA
- Expertise in HR strategy, organizational transformation, talent management, leadership development, rewards, M&A integration and digital HR
- Executive MBA from IIM Calcutta
- Extensive experience partnering with boards and senior leadership teams across international markets
