The 34th Annual General Meeting of the company will be held on Tuesday, September 29, 2026, at 04:00 P.M. IST through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM).
The Register of Members and Share Transfer Book of the company will remain closed from Saturday, September 26, 2026, to Tuesday, September 29, 2026 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of the 34th Annual General Meeting.
The company is offering e-Voting facility to shareholders to cast their votes electronically. The e-Voting period starts from 9:00 a.m. on Friday, September 25, 2026, and ends at 5:00 p.m. on Monday, September 28, 2026. Shareholders who have not voted through e-Voting can also vote during the AGM process on the date of the meeting.
Tuesday, September 22, 2026, has been designated as the cut-off date for determining eligibility for e-Voting facility in respect of the businesses to be transacted at the 34th Annual General Meeting.
