Board Meeting Details

1. Consideration, approval and taking on record of the unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as per Regulation 33 of SEBI LODR

Trading Window Closure
Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window closure period will end 48 hours after the company's results are made public on Friday, August 14, 2026.
Important Contextual Note
The company discloses that it was under Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) and the Resolution Plan was approved by Hon'ble NCLT, Ahmedabad Bench vide order dated September 27, 2022. Trading in the company's securities is currently suspended by the Stock Exchange for violation of SEBI & Stock Exchange Regulations.
The company is in continuous coordination with BSE officials regarding revocation of the trading suspension. The company has already submitted responses/clarifications to BSE queries and is awaiting further communication. The company states it remains committed to complying with all applicable SEBI and Stock Exchange requirements for revocation of suspension.
Payment with respect to BSE Claim, Listing Fees, Contingent Liability, Reinstatement and Revocation fees has been made as per the approved Resolution Plan.
