The AGM was held on Saturday, 26th September 2026 at 12:00 Noon (IST) through Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM), in compliance with MCA and SEBI Circulars.
Summary of Proposed Resolutions

7. Special Resolution: To create Mortgage, Charge, and hypothecation on Movable and/or Immovable Properties of the Company both present and future in respect of borrowings.
8. Special Resolution: To appoint Mrs. Seema Sanghavi (DIN: 11046663) as Whole Time Director (Executive Director) of the Company.

Scrutinizer's Role and Findings
TNT & Associates, Practicing Company Secretaries, was appointed as scrutinizer. They scrutinized the e-voting process and submitted a report dated 26th September 2026. The report details the number of votes cast in favor and against each resolution, and confirms that all resolutions were passed with requisite majority. The electronic data and records are under their custody and will be handed over to the Company Secretary for safe keeping.
