Raunaq International appointed M/s Surya Gupta & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for FY 2025-26.
The appointment follows the untimely demise of previous auditor Mr. Sanket Jain, creating a casual vacancy.
The Board approved the appointment based on Audit Committee recommendations during their 21 April 2026 meeting.
