Mr. Naresh Kumar Verma (DIN: 07087356) was re-appointed as a Non-Executive Director of the Company liable to retire by rotation.

Ms. Neha Patwal, who currently serves as Company Secretary and CFO, was designated as the Internal Auditor of the Company for the Financial Year 2026-27.

M/s Ankita S. Jain & Co., Company Secretaries, Jhansi (Firm Registration No. S2026UP1067300) was appointed as Secretarial Auditors of the Company.
The appointment is for a consecutive period of 5 years, effective from Financial Year 2026-27 up to Financial Year 2030-31.
This appointment is in terms of Section 204 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 24A of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
