Ravindra Energy's associate EIM signed an MoU with Drivn to deploy 1,000 electric heavy-duty commercial vehicles over two years.
The partnership combines EIM's vehicle and battery-swapping technology with Drivn's leasing platform and $80M Nomura funding.
The collaboration aims to reduce entry barriers for fleet operators through integrated vehicle supply, financing, and energy solutions.
EIM's business model sells electric tractors without battery packs, providing energy via long-term contracts, starting operations August 2025.
