Funds were reallocated within approved limits: Renewable Energy received Rs 96 crore (Rs 6 crore increase), EV Business received Rs 54 crore (Rs 6 crore decrease).
Total utilization reached Rs 172.50 crore, with shareholder approval obtained for ±10% allocation changes per exchange circulars.
