Raymond Lifestyle Limited appoints CEO Satyaki Ghosh as Additional and Whole-Time Director for five years effective May 6, 2026.
The appointment was approved by the Board based on the Nomination and Remuneration Committee's recommendation and is subject to shareholder approval.
Mr. Ghosh brings over 25 years of leadership experience in FMCG, textiles, and retail from companies including Aditya Birla Group and L'Oréal.
