The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) announced the outcome of the additional competitive underwriting (ACU) auction held on 09 October 2026 for two government securities. For the 7.06% Government Security maturing in 2041, the notified amount was ₹23,000 crore, with a minimum underwriting commitment of ₹11,508 crore. The ACU amount accepted was ₹11,492 crore, resulting in the full ₹23,000 crore being underwritten. The RBI set the ACU commission cut‑off rate at 0.54 paise per ₹100.

For the 7.43% Government Security maturing in 2076, the notified amount was ₹13,000 crore, with a minimum underwriting commitment of ₹6,510 crore. The ACU amount accepted was ₹6,490 crore, leading to the entire ₹13,000 crore being underwritten. The ACU commission cut‑off rate was fixed at 0.88 paise per ₹100.

The auction for the sale of the securities is scheduled to be conducted on the same day, 09 October 2026.
