RCF Appoints Krishna Kant Pathak as Government Nominee Director

Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers appointed Dr. Krishna Kant Pathak as a Government Nominee Director effective April 21, 2026.
Dr. Pathak is an IAS officer currently serving as Joint Secretary in the Department of Fertilizers, Government of India.
The appointment is for three years or until his superannuation, transfer from the Department, or further orders, whichever is earliest.
The appointment was made via circular resolution by the Board of Directors in compliance with SEBI LODR regulations.
