RDB Infrastructure received a Notice of Award from Nava Raipur Atal Nagar Vikas Pradhikaran for industrial plot allotment.
The 36.46-acre plot in Raipur is for solar cell manufacturing at a total land premium of ₹36.9 crore.
The lease agreement must be executed within 90 days for a 90-year term with lease rent revisions every 30 years.
