REC Appoints Rajesh Kumar as Director (Finance)

REC Limited appoints Rajesh Kumar as Director (Finance) for a five-year term, effective April 2, 2026, following a Ministry of Power directive.
Kumar, a finance professional with over 30 years of experience, was previously Executive Director (Finance) at REC and has been instrumental in resource mobilization.
The appointment ends the additional charge of the Director (Finance) role previously held by Chairman and Managing Director Jitendra Srivastava.
