REC Limited Independent Directors Tenure Completion

Dr. Anil Kumar Gupta and Dr. Kanchiappan Ghayatbri Devi were appointed as Part-time Non-Official (Independent) Directors on the Board of REC Limited by the Ministry of Power, Government of India through Order dated June 22, 2026. Their appointment was for a period of three months effective from June 22, 2026, or until further orders, whichever was earlier.

Effective Date of Cessation

In accordance with the Ministry of Power order, the tenure of both directors ended on September 21, 2026. Consequently, Dr. Anil Kumar Gupta and Dr. Kanchiappan Ghayatbri Devi ceased to be Directors of REC Limited with effect from September 22, 2026.
