REC Limited (REC) has informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE) and BSE Limited (BSE) of changes in its Senior Management, specifically at the level one below the Board of Directors.

Details of Management Changes

Four internal senior managers have been promoted to the position of Executive Director of the Company:

1. Promotion of Shri Sahab Narain

  • Reason for Change: Promotion to Executive Director.
  • Brief Profile: Shri Sahab Narain is a Member of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India and holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT), New Delhi. Prior to his promotion, he was General Manager (Finance & Accounts).

2. Promotion of Shri Bhupesh Chandolia

  • Reason for Change: Promotion to Executive Director.
  • Date of Appointment: June 28, 2026, subject to assumption of charge.
  • Brief Profile: Shri Bhupesh Chandolia holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Shri Ram College of Commerce and a Master's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance from BIT, Mesra. Prior to his promotion, he was Senior General Manager (Finance & Accounts).

3. Promotion of Shri Pankaj Gupta

  • Reason for Change: Promotion to Executive Director.
  • Brief Profile: Shri Pankaj Gupta holds a Bachelor's degree in Technology (Computer Science) and a Master's degree in Technology (Computer Science). He also holds an MBA and a Master's in Business Law. He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Cyber Law, Cyber Crime Investigation and Digital Forensics. Prior to his promotion, he was Senior General Manager (Information Technology).

4. Promotion of Smt. S. Jayanthi

  • Reason for Change: Promotion to Executive Director.
  • Brief Profile: Smt. S. Jayanthi holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical & Electronics). Prior to her promotion, she was Senior General Manager (Engineering).
