REC Power Development and Consultancy Limited (RECPDCL), a wholly owned subsidiary of REC Limited, has completed the sale and transfer of its entire shareholding in Luhri Power Transmission Limited. The transaction involved 50,000 equity shares and was transferred along with all assets and liabilities to the successful bidder selected through a tariff-based competitive bidding process.

- Consideration: ₹12,61,898 (including taxes, professional fee, and reimbursement of expenses)
- Buyer: Terralight Solar Energy Tinwari Private Limited
- The buyer does not belong to the Promoter or Promoter group
- The transaction is not a related party transaction
- The transaction is not in the nature of a slump sale
- The consideration was determined in accordance with Guidelines issued by the Ministry of Power, Government of India
Financial Impact:
The turnover or revenue contribution from Luhri Power Transmission Limited during the last financial year was negligible.
Status Change:
With effect from August 21, 2026, Luhri Power Transmission Limited is no longer a subsidiary of RECPDCL and REC Limited.
